Terms and Conditions
(Last updated: 20/09/2025)
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by Learning Path ("we," "us," or "our") to students and/or their parents/guardians ("you," "your"). By enrolling in one-to-one tuition or group classes, you agree to the following Terms.
1. Services Provided
One-to-One Tuition: Bespoke sessions tailored to the individual student’s needs, covering GCSE, A-level, and other subjects as agreed.
Group Classes: Scheduled online group sessions following a structured syllabus. Resources, quizzes, and recordings may be provided at our discretion.
2. Booking and Enrolment
Bookings are confirmed once the first payment is received.
For one-to-one tuition, recurring sessions may be scheduled by agreement.
Group classes are delivered on fixed dates/times. Enrolment grants access to all scheduled sessions in the package.
3. Payments
Payments are taken once a month on the same date as your initial payment.
We reserve the right to request up to four lesson payments in advance.
Prices for services are clearly stated on our website or agreed in writing.
Non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
Fees are non-transferable between students.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
One-to-One Tuition
You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
We reserve the right not to reschedule lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, and the full fee will apply.
If we need to cancel a session, you will be offered a rescheduled time or a refund.
Group Classes
Fees for group courses are non-refundable once the course has started.
If you withdraw before the course begins, you may request a refund subject to a 10% administrative fee.
If we cancel an entire course, a full refund will be issued.
5. Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to attend on time and be prepared with the required materials.
Students are responsible for their own revision and independent work outside of lessons. We take no responsibility for final grades or exam outcomes.
Poor behaviour or repeated disruption may result in the cancellation of lessons without refund.
Homework or practice tasks may be set and should be completed to maximise learning outcomes.
6. Our Responsibilities
We will provide tuition services with reasonable skill, care, and professionalism.
We do not guarantee specific exam results, grades, or outcomes.
We may adjust lesson content, format, or scheduling if necessary.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, workbooks, quizzes, and recordings remain the property of Learning Path.
Materials are for personal educational use only and must not be copied, shared, or resold without written consent.
8. Online Classes & Technology
It is your responsibility to ensure you have suitable internet access and equipment to attend sessions.
We are not liable for interruptions due to technical issues on your side.
Recordings (where provided) may be stored for a limited time and are not guaranteed.
9. Safeguarding & Confidentiality
For students under 18, a parent/guardian must provide consent for enrolment.
We take safeguarding seriously and follow appropriate online safety practices.
Information shared with us will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
