📄 Terms & Conditions for the A-Level Psychology Crash Course
1. Course Access & Content

By purchasing this course, you gain access to:

Three full-day live revision sessions (10th May, 17th May, 3rd June)

Predicted exam papers for AQA A-Level Psychology (Paper 1, Paper 2, and Paper 3)

Mark schemes and guided walkthrough videos

Predicted papers and materials will be available for download via our Skool page.
You will receive access via an email link once payment has been approved.

2. Payment & Refunds

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

Due to the digital nature of the course and instant access to materials, no refunds will be issued once payment is made and access is granted.

3. Cancellations & Missed Sessions

If you cannot attend a live session, no refunds or rescheduling options are available.
However, all content and walkthrough videos will remain accessible via the Skool platform.

Students are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection during live sessions.

4. Usage & Copyright

All course materials, predicted papers, mark schemes, videos, and guided walkthroughs are the intellectual property of LearningPath/MyLearningPath.

Materials are for personal use only. Sharing, distributing, copying, or reproducing any course content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the course without refund and potential legal action.

5. Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully toward the tutor and other participants.

Disruptive behavior during live sessions will result in removal from the course without refund.

6. Paper 3 Optional Modules

Due to the need to accommodate all AQA optional modules, Paper 3 content on options (Schizophrenia, Relationships, Aggression) will be provided as pre-recorded sessions.
Full support and walkthroughs will be included to guide your learning.

7. Results Disclaimer

This crash course is designed to support your preparation and boost exam confidence.
No guarantees are made regarding specific grades, outcomes, or improvements, as exam success depends on multiple individual factors.

9. Access Expiry

Access to the Skool materials and all course resources will remain open until the final A-Level Psychology exam date (14th June 2025).

After this date, LearningPath reserves the right to remove access without further notice.

10. Technology Disclaimer

Students are responsible for having appropriate devices, updated software, and a reliable internet connection to access the course.

LearningPath is not responsible for technical difficulties on the student’s end, including but not limited to Wi-Fi disruptions, device failures, or access issues.

11. Recording Notice

Some or all live sessions may be recorded for educational and quality purposes.

By enrolling, you consent to being part of recorded sessions where applicable.

These recordings are for private course access only and will not be shared publicly.

12. Payment Processing Fees

All listed prices include any applicable Stripe or PayPal transaction fees unless otherwise stated.

13. Behaviour Clause (Advanced)

LearningPath reserves the right to remove any student who breaches these Terms & Conditions, behaves abusively, or attempts to misuse course materials.

No refunds will be provided for students removed due to breaches of conduct.
